This policy explains what information HowCalculate.com collects when you visit, how it’s used, and what choices you have. The site is run by Ajay Kumar, and you can reach me at howcalculate@gmail.com.
The short version
The calculators run in your browser. The numbers you type in are not sent to me or stored. The site does use cookies and similar technology for analytics and advertising, which is explained below.
Information I collect
I don’t ask you to create an account, and I don’t sell anything on this site. The information I do receive comes from three places.
Information you send me. If you email me or use the contact form, I receive your name, your email address and the message you write. I use it only to reply to you.
Usage information. Like most websites, this one records basic technical data when you visit, such as your browser type, device, the pages you view, your approximate location and the time of your visit. This comes from server logs and from analytics tools.
Cookies. Small files stored on your device that help the site work, measure how it’s used and show ads.
Analytics
I use Google Analytics, connected through Google Site Kit, to understand which pages people use and how they find them. It collects usage data such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location. You can learn more in Google’s privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Advertising and cookies
This site may show ads served by Google AdSense and other advertising partners. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this site and other sites on the internet. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and other sites.
You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google’s Ads Settings at https://adssettings.google.com. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors’ use of cookies for personalized advertising at https://www.aboutads.info. How do I use information?
I use the information I collect to run and improve the site, to see which calculators and pages are useful, to answer your messages, to keep the site secure, and to show advertising that helps pay for it. I don’t sell your personal information.
Who else sees it?
Some information is handled by services I rely on: my web host (Hostinger), Google (Analytics and advertising) and my email provider. They process it under their own privacy policies. I don’t share your information with anyone else except where the law requires it.
Where is your information stored?
I’m based in India, and the site is hosted by a third-party provider, so information may be processed in countries other than yours.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, such as California and some other US states, or the UK and European Union, you may have the right to ask what personal information I hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to opt out of certain kinds of advertising. To make a request, email howcalculate@gmail.com and I’ll respond as soon as I can.
Children
This site is not aimed at children under 13, and I don’t knowingly collect personal information from them. If you think a child has sent me information, email me, and I’ll delete it.

Pages on this site may link to other websites, such as a platform’s official pricing page. I’m not responsible for their privacy practices, so please read their policies.
Changes to this policy
I may update this policy from time to time. When I do, I’ll change the date at the top of the page.
